Time for Shaquille’s first yearlings to make their mark at the sales

It was a very successful sales season for Shaquille’s first foals last year, with a top price fetching 210,000gns for the filly out of Nessina (Hennessy). Now we have his eagerly anticipated first yearlings hitting the ring at the Goffs Doncaster Premier Yearling Sale on 25th – 26th August.

Tuesday:

Lot 46 ex Criollo, filly (consigned by WH Bloodstock) – Dam is out of the Gr.3 winner La Rioja (Hellvelyn) and is from the family of dual Gr.1-placed Liberty Beach (Cable Bay). This filly is 100% GBB registered.

Lot 73 ex Dutch Treat, filly (consigned by Norris Bloodstock) – Out of the Stakes-placed mare Dutch Treat (Dutch Art) and is from the family of the Stakes winners Intense Romance (Intense Focus), Ivy League (Doyoun) and Cornell (Elusive Quality). This filly is 100% GBB registered.

Lot 97 ex Fantacise, filly (consigned by Bearstone Stud) – Dam is a half-sister to the Gr.3 Queen Mary Stakes winners Romantic Liason (Primo Dominie) and Romantic Myth (Mind Games). She is also from the family of the Gr.2 winner Tis Marvellous (Harbour Watch). This filly is 100% GBB registered.

Lot 160 ex Intoxicata, filly (consigned by Raheendaw Farm) – Dam is out of the Gr.3 winner Epsom Icon (Sixties Icon) and is a half-sister to the Stakes-placed Epson Blue Cen (Blue Point) and Missyouni (Siyouni).

Lot 193 ex Lady Lou, colt (consigned by Ballyvolane Stud) – From the family of the Gr.1 July Cup winner No Half Measures (Cable Bay), as well as the dual Gr.1-placed Kachy (Kyllachy), five-time Gr.2 winner Beat The Bank (Paco Boy) and Gr.1-placed Chil Chil (Exceed And Excel).
