Leading Newmarket stallion farm rebranded as Ace Stud

An exciting new era for one of Newmarket’s leading stud farms is underway with the launch of Ace Stud, formerly known as Dullingham Park Stud.

Ace Stud is a new thoroughbred breeding operation based in Dullingham, Newmarket. Going forward Ace Stud will be a stallion farm and is already home to the exciting young sires Shaquille and Soldier’s Call. Meanwhile, the operation’s resident broodmares and their youngstock will be based at Willingham House Stud, Brinkley.

Shaquille and Soldier’s Call, both of which are owned by Yulong, will stand under the care and management of Ace Stud in Dullingham. The dual Gr.1 winner Shaquille has been well supported by breeders in his first two seasons at stud, including by Ace Stud’s own strong band of broodmares. His first foals have been subject to rave reviews and anticipation is growing ahead of the foal sales.

Royal Ascot winner Soldier’s Call continues to be a prolific sire of 2-year-olds and has so far in 2025 enjoyed success courtesy of his Stakes-performing progeny, including recent Listed winners Kaadi (ex Ruby Girl) and Arugam Bay (ex Time Stands Still), as well as Stakes-placed Muddy Mooy (ex Hot To Rock).

Ace Stud is looking forward to welcoming breeders to the farm to see the stallions during the Tattersalls December Sales. In addition, it will be a great opportunity for the members of the bloodstock industry to meet the new team ahead of the next breeding season.

An exciting future lies ahead for Ace Stud, with the vision for the business including strong support for the racing and breeding industry across the UK, Ireland and Europe, as well as consigning quality homebred youngstock at the sales.
